If you can only see this window then you probably have popup blocking enabled.   If you are using the Firefox browser look under the address bar (where you type in "www......" for your internet pages), and you should see an "options" link.   Click this link and click allow popups from www.persuivant.com   .

Once you have done this click the "refresh" or "reload" button on your browser, and a new spiffy full-screen window should open!
